At Habbo Intelligence Agency (HIA), the role of security is important. To keep all security members up to date and at its best, please read through this guide to familiarize yourself with our security system within the [HIA] HQ and extra perks which you are expected to know before operating at security stations.
When to let someone inside HQ? Check their Badge, Motto and Uniform.
Badge: You should favourite the a black and white [HIA] Main badge owned by the founding father Ali21 by clicking on 🧡 button.
If personnel is above Agent or Recruit, their badge must match their corresponding rank.
Only selected badges, owned by Ali21. are to be worn by the employee inside HQ:
EMPLOYEES WEARING ANY OF THE ABOVE BADGES ARE PERMITTED IN BASE
Motto: Their motto should begin with [HIA] and should end with a valid tag of a High Ranked+ [HIA] member. The motto should match the badge the person is wearing or else they should have [AB] in their motto - Awaiting badge. If a member’s motto is incorrect but they have a log in our security system, try to guide them to change their motto to match the security system.
Check the security system to make sure their motto is correct.
Uniform: Their uniform should match the ones on the mannequins in the HQ. If they do not have the uniform, ask them to wear it before entry. The agent uniform is red/black, the security uniform is white/grey, and the trainer uniform is blue.

Veterans are not required to wear uniform!
Once all requirements are met, let the personnel inside HQ. How to let someone into HQ (Base 1)
Recruit: If a Recruit meets the entry requirements with the correct Badge, Uniform and Motto (B.U.M.), use the command :training to send them to the training station (FTT). Please make sure the recruit has NO prior fired logs on the security system.
Agent - Trainer: If someone is an agent or higher on the rollers, check their name on the security system to see if they are permitted to enter base. If they are, use the command :enter to let them in base. If they aren't use the command :deny to send them back to the lobby.
High Rank/VIP/SV: All HR+ must enter base using the High Rank gate located in the lobby. VIP and SV badge holders also have their own gates located in the lobby.
Intruder/Troller: Trolls who have previous fired logs or people with inappropriate names should not be let into HQ. Also intruders that do not work at HIA, and trying to enter HQ, should not be allowed in. After checking the security search and they either, A. Do not show up, or B. Have a fired log in regards to trolling, use the command :deny to send them to the lobby.
If they have the incorrect Badge/Motto/Uniform (B.U.M.): Ask them to change their Badge, Motto, Uniform to the correct HIA requirements. If they do not follow these instructions and/or refuse to comply, you MUST use the command :deny to kick them out of security and teleport them back to the entrance.
All employees must wear appropriate clothing while in base, whether it is uniform or not. Please refer to the Dresscode Guidelines. This especially applies to Veterans.
Recruit: If a Recruit meets the entry requirements with the correct Badge, Uniform and Motto (B.U.M), step on the YELLOW tile. By stepping on this tile, it will directly teleport them to the training station. Please make sure the recruit has NO prior fired logs on the security system.
Agent - Trainer: If someone is an agent or higher on the rollers, check their name on the security system to see if they are permitted to enter base. If they are, stand on the GREEN tile to let them into base. If they aren't, stand on the RED tile to send them back to the lobby.
