Administration Team is created to help other existing units improve their processes.
AdminTeam are tasked to ensure that special units are functioning at optimal level while at the same time, members are having a great time doing their respective tasks within their respective units.
During the review process, we will be looking for:
We want to investigate what improvements have been made in the specific SU and whether there are plans for more in the future.
We will interview members to check their knowledge about their duties and tasks.
We will look for any collaboration a specific SU made with others units/allies or members in general.
We will interview non-members from the specific SU to gather feedback. This is to make sure that the unit goes in the right direction.
We will investigate how active the specific SU is and how many members that participate in these activities.
In charge of Awarding Committee, Legal Affairs and Training Supervisors.
In charge of HIA Event Team, Football Team and Magazine.
In charge of Community Support Team and all it subdivisions.
In charge of External Relations, Transfer Unit and Social Media.
