Welcome to the OOA Training Program!
Today we will be covering some of your new responsibilities as an OOA member.

So, what are your new responsibilities as an OOA member?
In this division you are now able to promote to IA I and you can work at the Help Desk station in HQ, also known as FTHD.
The Help Desk’s main purpose is to assist members with any kind of questions, concerns or issues they might have.
They also provide information and pass on requests to iC members of staff
(i.e. Badge Acceptors, Portal Admins, etc.).
When answering questions at the help desk please be sure you’re giving out knowledgeable
and accurate information to employees. If you don’t know the right answer, then it’s
better you do not give out incorrect information or guidance and instead you should ask
other OOA+ members on Slack, in base or find the answer(s) on the HIA website.
It’s important that you read up on your new responsibilities before working at the Help Desk.

Great, this guide will teach you how to help employees get a badge, portal, or Slack request accepted
as well as how to assist someone who’s been paybanned, needs help accessing their trading pass, or requesting a LOA.

1. When are HIA’s pay times?
Correct answer: Pay is at 12am, 6am, 12pm, and 6pm UK time.
If you live in another country, you can use the time converter on the homepage of the HIA website.
2. How do I get a mentor?
Correct answer: You can apply by going to habbohia|com/community-support-team|html
Then scroll down to the Mentor Unit section
And click the “Click Here To Apply For The Mentorship Program” button
3. How do I apply for a LOA?
Correct answer: Please request for a LOA on habbohia|com/loa-request|html, request the LOA badge and submit a LOA request on the portal.

4.How can I get a trading pass?
Correct answer: please refer to the Trading Pass Guide under Affairs > Pay Timetable > Trading Pass Guide.
