Welcome to the OOA Training Program!
Today we will be covering some of your new responsibilities as an OOA member.
Please remain silent unless asked a question and do not move around.

As an OOA member, you have an exciting new responsibility.
You are now entitled to operate the Help Desk station in HQ!
This new responsibility comes as a recognition of your experience in HIA.
So, What is the help desk?
The help desk is a station within our base where OOA members and above can
provide our HIA workers with information and support related questions and requests in HIA.
What should you do when asked a question you do not know the answer to?
If you are asked a question you can not answer, please refrain from giving out
information or advice you are uncertain about.
If you are not entirely sure, you can always ask other people on Slack or
find the answer yourself on the HIA website.
You can also seek assistance from a higher rank member.
If you ever need to refresh your memory on your responsibilities, we have a Help Desk
guide on our website, habbohia|com, under Resources > Guides.

and sample answers that will aid you in answering any future enquiries.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q) When is pay?
A) Pay is at 4am, 12pm, and 8pm UK time. If you live in a different country,
you can use the time converter on the homepage of the HIA website.
Q) What time is the general meeting?
4pm UK time Sunday
Q) How can I get the paybonus badge?
A) You must promote at least 10 people / transfer 5 people / train 5 people during the week.
You must also earn at least 1 promotion throughout the week and work hard.
You also shouldn’t be pay banned for the week.
Q) How can I get a trading pass?
A) Go to the picture of your face at the bottom left hand corner and click talents.
To get a trading pass you will need to complete all of these tasks.
If unsure, please refer to the Trading Pass Guide under Affairs > Pay Timetable > Trading Pass Guide.
Q) How can I get Slack?
A)To join our slack platform, visit the Slack Guide under
Resources > Guides on our website: habbohia|com.
This guide provides all the information necessary in a step-by-step format.
Note: You can also ask the user to whisper you their email.
Then you may request for an SA on Slack and DM them the email to be invited.

If you have not got slack yet, I would highly recommend that you get it because that is where
you will be requesting for RR, BA, SA, PA, TU, payer etc.
